Marketing Specialist

NEWCORE Pty.Ltd is a well-established company located in 169 Peel st Melbourne VIC. We are providing health supporting service and product, and currently expanding its business.
We are seeking a well experienced marketing specialist who has the following attributes. You must also be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be responsible. You be willing to work in a team environment.

**The roles**:
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Identify business development opportunities through thorough market research.
- Develop innovative PR strategies for the company’s new brands, products, services, and campaigns to achieve strong media coverage.
- Create and execute effective marketing plans for new products and services.
- Prepare marketing budgets on a quarterly and monthly basis.
- Ensure accuracy in market/area rolling forecasts to optimize stock management and product freshness.
- Set and implement both short
- and long-term goals, objectives, and operational procedures.
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, marketing plans, and budgeting efforts.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
- Collaborate with other managers to enhance the company’s operational efficiency.
- Work with legal staff to address issues such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with external producers and distributors.
- Lead, guide, and implement best practices for the support staff to ensure efficient delivery of all communications, both internal and external.
**The position requires**:
- Relevant degree
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Work well under pressure as we get quite busy
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
