ACW has provided general and specialized cleaning services, and general maintenance, qualified trades and licensed trades throughout Australia for almost three decades.

ACW is an Australian family-owned company that has built a national reputation based on experience, integrity and dedication. We have a robust presence across Australia, with Operations and Sales staff in all states. We provide innovative services to a variety of industry sectors, including not-for-profit, Building & Construction, Aged Care, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Sporting & Entertainment, and Retail.

ACW Property maintenance services, provides maintenance, repairs, and building services to domestic, property management and commercial clients. We offer a multi trade service with qualified tradesman. Our main work consists of bathroom modifications, house renovations, outdoor entertaining areas and general building repairs as well as general maintenance for our contracted clients.

There are multiple positions available, with general maintenance and renovation work in the Aged Care sector and for various sites across the Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

Positions are starting as casual with a view to full-time following a probationary period. Whilst these positions are casual, work requirement is 8 hrs per day/5 days per week.

**What you need**:

- Drivers Licence
- Current Australian Covid-19 vaccination certificate
- Current National Police Check
- Trade experience preferably in carpentry or other trade and or experience in a similar role

**COVID-19 considerations**:
All our maintenance staff are required to be fully vaccinated (3 doses) to comply with Government requirements to enter premises we service.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.09 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
