Join a dynamic and thriving travel services team within our esteemed client in the travel industry. They are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Administration Coordinator to support our internal staff.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the travel industry, collaborate within a seasoned team, and enjoy a hybrid work setup with flexibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements for internal staff, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in managing travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
- Provide administrative support to streamline travel-related processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth travel logistics.
- Offer exceptional customer service and support to staff regarding travel inquiries and issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, trends, and industry updates.
- Participate in a rotating on-call shift roster every 5 weeks.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior exposure to the travel industry, ideally with experience in reservations, airlines, or hotels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle on-call responsibilities.
