About the role

We are looking for a State Livestock Manager QLD/NT to come and join our team.

Reporting directly to the State General Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Livestock (Commercial, Stud stock and A+) sales plan for Queensland, aligned to our National Livestock strategy. Your leadership capability at a senior level will see you engage the Livestock team across the state to support the plan as you drive sales activity and future growth, maximising profitability.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement the state’s Livestock strategy
Inspire and motivate the Livestock team to maximise their potential
Provide technical livestock agency expertise to the network.
Cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders presence across the state
Build and maintain strong relationships at a state level

About you

Are an experienced leader at a senior level with a demonstrated ability to lead change
Have demonstrated extensive agency experience
Able to effectively influence and motivate a team toward the achievement of annual sales and earnings targets
Ability to coach and influence to generate exceptional outcomes
