**Your Role**
In the role of Electrical Construction supervisor, you will implement the industry standard work practices to achieve project delivery goals and will report directly to the Project Manager. Day to day responsibilities will include:

- **Liaise with the Project Manager & Project team to effectively deliver works packages safely, efficiently and in accordance with the project requirements**:

- **Understand the project requirements & schedule & assist on the procurement to ensure project alignment**:

- **Liaise with clients & contractors to achieve outcomes on time & within budget & prepare and present progress reports to clients & managers as required**:

- **Coordinate equipment, resources, and documentation for site operations as well Arrange transportation and cranes for plant and equipment delivery**:

- **Coordinate the site employee rostering, accommodation, travel & time sheets to the admin team**:

- **Travel to different project sites across Queensland**

**About You**
You posses a proven and demonstrated history of leading a crew. And have the following attributes and experience:

- **QLD Electrical license (mandatory)**:

- **S1, S2, S3, G2 and Standard 11 Mining Industry Safety Induction**:

- **Possess or have the ability to pass Coal Board Medical**:

- **EWP High Risk Licence & LVR/CPR and First aid certifications**:

- **Cert IV in Civil Supervision would be an advantage**:

- **Working at Heights & Confined Spaces certifications**
