**About the role**

We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join the Wagners team in our Toowoomba Workshop.

The Electrical Supervisor is a busy role and is responsible for the organisation and execution of daily work activities carried out by the electrical staff throughout varies sites within SE Queensland.

**Duties**
- Organise and structure workload for staff ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain compliance of electrical systems under the AS 3004:2013 and Mining Acts
- Responsible for the development and implementation of projects, and management of budgets and forecasts
- Employee engagement including employee reviews, training and apprentices
- Compile quotes and tenders for both internal and external customers
- Implement and retain a high level of safety culture within the team

**Skills and Experience**
- Trade Certificate in Electrical Trade (Electrical)
- Current CPR / LVR
- Electrical Contractors Licence or ability to obtain this
- 5 + years post trade experience
- Previous Supervisory experience
- Construction Industry Blue or White Card
- Advanced knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS regulations and practices
