We look forward to you joining the team at GHD as you utilise your skills and experience to take on a new career challenge as our new **Team Administrator **. Joining a close-knit team of administration professionals as part of our Client and Market Services Group, you will support a wide range of stakeholders and diverse market sectors across our Northern New South Wales Region. Utilising your highly honed Microsoft suite skills you will support busy teams across our business to deliver high quality proposals, reports and deliverables in a timely manner for our clients.

Based in **Orange **, you will also work closely with the office manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of our Orange office including reception, front desk duties, property management etc. You will be focused on outcomes as you deliver a high level of support as a true team player, someone who takes pride in the details and will go above and beyond when called upon. You will play a key support role within a truly global organisation that will set you up for a long-term and stable career path.

This pivotal role will see you;
- Processing documentation in accordance with internal policies, procedures and associated processes
- Assisting in the preparation of proposal submissions, including the sourcing of information for input into the tender responses and related processes
- Providing efficient and effective administrative support to our Northern New South Wales Region
- Assist with office management duties
- Utilising our central Administration Database as you partner with other administration professionals to plan and prioritise tasks that support our diverse stakeholders and market sectors
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks associated with the core function of our Client and Market Services team
- Completing a variety of general tasks including; archiving, data entry, Reception coverage and other general office administration tasks

**What you will bring to the role;**
- Relevant qualification (Business Administration or similar) and/or previous demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Well-developed skills across Microsoft Office (those with experience in Adobe Suite will be viewed favourably)
- A background in document management, reporting or other similar structured tasks that require a high attention to detail and a level of quality in your delivery to set standards
- Strong team skills, a proactive approach and a high level of customer service in everything you do
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, the ability to work autonomously and utilise initiative
- Proven ability to multi-task, work to set deadlines and maintain an agile approach in shifting priorities
