**Streamlined Tools & Systems**: We’ve built an efficient system so you’re not wasting time on double-handling or unnecessary chaos.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As the **Lead Service Advisor**, you’ll be the central link between customers, technicians, and the broader team. Your job? Make sure everything flows, people are happy, and the workshop stays booked and busy.

**Your Day-to-Day Will Include**:

- **Leading the Frontline**: Guide, mentor, and support the service advisor team. Train new hires, delegate tasks, and hold the daily tool box talks.
- **Delivering an Exceptional Customer Experience**: Greet customers, provide accurate estimates, explain services clearly, and follow up after the job is done. You’ll be the person they remember and trust.
- **Directing Workflow**: Coordinate jobs, liaise with techs, track repairs, and ensure every vehicle moves through the shop on time and with care.
- **Invoicing & Admin (Without the Overload)**: With our Virtual Service Advisors supporting you, you’ll never feel buried in admin or stuck waiting on hold.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance or additional services in a helpful, informed way.

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:
Has **experience as a Service Advisor or in a leadership role** within an automotive environment **OR** **trade-qualified technicians** who are ready to step off the tools and take on a customer-facing leadership role are encouraged to apply, provided you are confident using computers and communicating effectively.

Knows their way around **vehicle systems and workshop operations**

Is a **strong communicator**, both with customers and team members

Can **lead by example** and coach others to deliver high standards

Thrives in a **busy, fast-paced environment**

Is confident with computer systems (bonus if you’ve used Mechanic Desk)

Holds a **valid driver’s licence**

Has a strong work ethic, a tidy workspace, and takes pride in doing things right the first time

**The Details**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

**Remuneration**: Competitive, based on experience

**Location**: Morisset, Lake Macquarie

**Support**: You’ll report directly to the Directors, and you’ll be backed by an **on-site team + remote admin support crew (VSAs)**.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus

**Experience**:

- Service advising: 2 years (preferred)

- Full Driver Licence (required)
