**About the Position**

As a **Client Success Coordinator** you will be responsible for managing the overall experience your clients have with ARCHIPRO, building a strong rapport and developing long-term relationships with them. Providing sound advice and direction for your clients is key to the role, to ensure they are able to achieve their business objectives through ARCHIPRO.

You will be accountable and responsible for the delivery of, including but not limited to:

- Onboarding your clients to the ARCHIPRO platform and coordinating their launch with internal teams
- Executing the delivery of advertising and editorial features for clients
- Servicing, training and advising your clients on a regular basis
- Recognising opportunities for upselling
- Having a strong understanding of the ARCHIPRO offering
- Weekly reporting on activity KPIs, keeping accurate records in our CRM
- Monthly client reporting on results and performance

You'll be at the forefront of our mission, playing a critical role in driving our business forward.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales administration and/or customer service
- Client Experience (CX) | Client Success background preferred
- Advantageous would be digital experience including familiarity with basic website management and the production of editorial content
- Highly personable and confident
- Highly relational and relationship driven - ability to build strong rapport
- Good commercial understanding and business acumen
- Strong time management & multi tasking skills
- Energy & drive to work in a fast paced environment
- Passion for quality customer experience
