**About the role**
As the Client Success Team Lead, you will oversee a group of verticals and lead a team of Account managers, Acc executives and coordinators.
- This role requires someone to be proactive, continuously pushing to get the best performance for your clients and team members. You will have a passion for great client service, be a team player and be able to coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
- You will work with your senior manager to deliver on your merchant goals and manage the relationship with the key affiliate network partners. You will be continuously pitching opportunities and driving strategies, whilst providing regular marketing updates and collateral, and ensuring that all operational tasks are in-hand. You will be the first point of escalation for your area.
**Your Focus**:
- Manage tier 1 and 2 clients, ensuring growth and meeting client objectives. Including building out plans that help increase the number of mass relevant offers for your portfolio
- Responsible for leading, mentoring and coaching a small team of Snr/Acc Managers, Executives and Co-ordinators. Working with team members to ensure they have clear goals, feedback, and development plans in place and that they are delivering against those.
- Drive strategic initiatives and client initiatives across your team - inclusive of Client Strategy Plans
- Responsible for a OKR initiatives, ensuing that strategy is in place align with broader business goals and delivering against target
- Responsible for the policies and procedures within the team are being adhered to and continue to drive competitive and successful results. Be proactive at delivering new processes if current is no longer driving desired results.
- Provide support to the Sales team when dealing with a potential new client within your vertical
- Responsible for sustaining and renewing direct client agreements that drive additional and increased revenue. Understand and accountability for contractual obligations
**About You**:
- Must be able to work under pressure, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Extensive marketing/sales experience delivering on business objectives. An understanding of the loyalty, retail, e-com and technology space, and demonstrated history of working within any of these.
- Previous experience in managing, mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the confidence to provide insights and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess a solution mindset and have the ability to solve client problems and navigate any technical issues that may arise
- Strong campaign management skills are important, along with the ability to manage external and internal time frames
- Desirable hands on tools including all affiliate networks, Asana Excel & BI.
