**About the Role**:
We’re seeking an **experienced Residential Carpentry Leading Hand** who brings strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the fast-paced construction industry. This person will mainly be assisting with the back end of the builds and getting the villas squared off for handovers.

While light carpentry will be required most days, this is also an **all-rounder role**—perfect for someone who can jump in where needed and take initiative.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A trade in carpentry
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Residential construction experience
- General knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards.
- Effective communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
- Strong safety initiative
- Construction Induction white/blue card
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Be reliable and dedicated to the role
