We're on the lookout for a dynamic **Assistant Coordinator** to join our **Pimpama**team. If you love leading a group of enthusiastic Educators and want to create a play-filled, exciting atmosphere for primary-school-aged children, then this is the role for you

This **permanent part-time position** offers **30 hours per week**, with the flexibility to take on extra hours during school holidays. You’ll be supporting our morning and afternoon programs, helping kids get their day started or winding down with some fun-filled after-school activities.

Your role will include:

- ** Leading fun-filled programs** where children explore everything from STEM and sports to arts & crafts (whatever sparks their imagination).
- ** Fostering strong connections** with children, parents, and the school community to create a nurturing environment.
- ** Managing a team** of passionate Educators, including organizing rosters and helping them grow in their roles.
- Assisting with overseeing the **day-to-day operations** of the service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, including **compliance and administration**.

✔️ A **National Police Check** and **Working with Children Check** (or be willing to obtain them).

✔️ A **relevant qualification** or be actively working towards one (per ACECQA standards).

**Qualifications**
- Holds a relevant Certificate III
- Actively working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
