This is your opportunity to join carsales as the Queensland State Manager for Auto. In this role, you will drive the state plan and manage a team of Digital Account Managers to maximise profitable revenue. You be responsible for strategically developing the carsales (auto) engagement and brand presence in the local marketplace, which will be achieved by developing, building and strengthening key customer relationships.

**Job Description**:
**What you’ll be doing**
- Coach and develop a successful team of Digital Account Managers who are selling advertising solutions, platform products and subscription services to our Dealer clients, and help them to meet growth objectives and sales targets.
- Build a collaborative culture within the team that celebrates both individual and group success.
- Share your customer first approach to foster genuine relationships with our key accounts and biggest state-based Dealer clients.
- Utilise carsales data and insights as well as your understanding of the competitive landscape within the market to help our customers achieve the best possible outcomes for their business.
**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
- Previous leadership experience in sales or account management where you've demonstrated your ability to meet growth targets. You know how to effectively sell ideas, products, and services in a highly competitive marketplace.
- Industry experience in auto, dealerships, and/or digital, media & advertising.
- A hands-on people manager who is capable of managing and motivating teams to achieve their goals and take their business to the next level.
- Business acumen and strategic capabilities. You will need to be able to bring our corporate strategy to life and grow the business.
- An articulate communicator who can open the door and quickly build and nurture new relationships as well as foster ongoing lasting relationships.
