**About the role at Westpac**

Reporting to the Portfolio Director (Strategic Program), the PMO Analyst will support the Platform Enhancements program which part of the broader Platforms, Investments and Operations (PIO) Strategic Portfolio. You will provide high quality coordination, communication, governance, reporting and information management & administrative support to the Portfolio Director, PMO Manager and the wider PMO team.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Project Initiation - Manage people, materials, and budget to ensure they are efficient and effective in achieving the project objectives
- Project Coordination - Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project
- Program and Project Risk Management - Identify, assess, and manage risks that may impact the program or project's success

**Strengths**
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Written communication - Writes in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience
