As a Striker (Off-Premise Territory Manager) you will execute defined plans in Retail, Impulse, and Non-Traditional accounts in the Brisbane CBD/Bayside territory. You will deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products, in line with ‘Perfect Store’ standards, as well as win new business in Non-traditional outlets to increase the width and depth of product distribution.

Expand allBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Strategically approach a defined geographical territory, whilst completing all allocated calls.

Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner.

Increase distribution width and depth in existing customers.

Convert new business leads in non-traditional channels to increase width of distribution.LONG TERM SALES DRIVERS

Develop relationships with key customers and new business leads.

Drive in store presence in line with Perfect Store standards.

Win cold front of store, and cashier placement in all channels.

Increase product distribution and availability in all channels.

Increase share of space in store using category insights.

Sell permanent and temporary displays into all customers.SHORT TERM SALES DRIVERS

Drive compliance and support of agreed and over and above national, state and local promotion opportunities.

Report non-compliance in a timely manner.
- EXPERIENCE
- ** Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Valid driver’s licence
- 2+ years' sales experience
- FMCG experience preferred, but not essential
- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
- Demonstrable ability to cold call.
- Strong selling skills: communication, negotiation and objection handling skills
- Has commercial awareness and basic understanding of trade math
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Year 12 Certificate
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
- Travel 0-10%
- Permanent
