**Company**
Progressive financial services organisation located in North Ryde requires an experienced Lending Officer to join their close knit team.
- **Position**
The focus of this role is to provide a high quality, personalised service to members to ensure their lending experience is seamless. Duties include;
Interviewing members and answering loan enquiries
- Advising member of approval within KPI timeframes
- Sending letters of approval and compliance documents to members
- Preparing loan contracts and ensuring appropriate security collateral are put in place and maintained
- Disbursing loans as instructed by members after ensuring all documentation is complete
- Identify business development opportunities throughout the assessment process and undertake follow-up calls and surveys as necessary
- Mortgage loan administration

**Profile**
Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional service to members
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation
- ASIC Tier II qualification
