**About The Role**

We are looking for a talented collections guru to join our team who has a proven track record in collections and skip tracing customers.

The role will report directly to the Collections Manager and will form part of a small, focused and specialised team.

**What are you going to do?**
- Manage overdue aged debt accounts (commercial and consumer) and make all efforts to collect outstanding debt
- Negotiate with customers
- Skip trace to locate and contact customers
- Make a high levels of outbound calls
- Instruct mercantile agents to conduct field calls and undertake repossessions
- Liaise with legal department to action matters as necessary
- Adhere to external regulatory and internal policy requirements and system processes

**What are we looking for?**

**Someone who possess**
- Minimum 2 years collections experience
- Experience at skip tracing
- Good negotiating skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legislation
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Hardworking and eager to learn

**Salary**: From $72,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Skip tracing: 2 years (preferred)
