**The Opportunity**

As the QSR Account Supervisor at Sands Fridge Lines, you will play a pivotal role in assisting managing and developing relationships with our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) clients. In this full-time position based out of our Forrestfield depot, you will be responsible for ensuring that our QSR customers experience exceptional service satisfaction whilst providing support to businesses QSR Team.

- Managing QSR customers relations:
- Store order verification and reconciliation
- Data entry of store orders and printing orders picking slips
- Responding to store complaints
- Managing store short supply / returns & damaged goods claims
- Validating any store credits
- Processing store emergency orders
- Stock releases and promotions allocations to orders.
- QSR Stocktaking activities
- Management of QSR freight providers and bookings of QSR inbound deliveries into warehouse
- Data entry in receipting of QSR freight
- Preparing / printing delivery drivers paperwork
- Providing support to the QSR supply chain team
- Working with the warehouse team on QSR requirements.

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven track record of success in an account management or relationship-focused role, preferably within the QSR or foodservice industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Proficient in using WMS and other sales/account management tools
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different functions
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
