**Job Description**:
Toll Group are seeking a driven and experienced Planner to oversee our automation systems at our flagship Preston Retail Fulfillment Centre (RFC). In this role, you will be responsible for managing our systems, and delegating daily activities based on customer priority.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be a full time permanent position on the AM shift. working 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday. Join a collaborative team with genuine career opportunities and help lead the way into the future of supply chain solutions.

As the Planner, you will:

- Monitor and oversee the automation systems and ensure smooth operations for the RFC.
- Determine the area of focus for the RFC, and release orders accordingly.
- Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders and ensure consistent communication across day and night shift workers.
- Ensure work performed is aligned with Toll Group safety guidelines, and champion the Safety Obsessed mindset.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in an automation environment within the transport distribution or warehousing industries.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
- A team player, with a safety obsessed mindset.
