Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate? We are seeking a dedicated **Property Management Admin** to support our busy property management department at **Charlie Brown Real Estate**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to our property management team
- Prepare tenancy agreements, lease renewals, and other documents
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Schedule property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests
- Maintain and update property management databases and systems
- Assist with rental arrears management and tenant communications
- Handle general office duties and inquiries
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate experience or qualifications preferred but not essential
