**What You Will Be Doing**
The NDIS Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, participants and their representatives to ensure a seamless participant journey from intake to invoicing. Duties will include; processing referrals including completion of an intake assessment, collection of key information and documents, service agreement management, waitlist management, data entry, office administration, information management, invoicing and debt management.

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Previous experience within a NDIS Service or healthcare setting
- Experience in navigating complex systems to get the best outcomes for people requiring assistance
- Experience using Microsoft Systems, including proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook and capacity to quickly learn new financial software systems
- Experience in accounts receivable function and collecting debt
- Proven ability to develop and grow relationships with key stakeholders

**Additional Requirements**
- Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
