To be successful in obtaining a position with us as a Housekeeper you **must have** a current valid **Australian driver’s licence**. This is an **essential requirement** in order to obtain a Housekeeping position with us and if you do not have a current valid Australian driver’s licence we politely request that you do not apply. There is no requirement for applicants to have a vehicle, just a current valid Australian driver’s licence.

To join our team you will also have:

- Knowledge of safety in the workplace
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Extremely high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- A national police clearance (or willing to obtain one)

Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience will be an advantage.

**Your duties will include**:

- Cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and public areas to West Beach Parks high standards.
- Ensuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly
- Reporting maintenance requirements
- Reporting any lost property
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly
- Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintained

There are multiple positions available and they’re offered on a casual basis and shifts are given on a rotating roster across the full 7 days of the week, including weekends and public holidays.

**Salary**: $29.90 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
