**Position**: Housekeeping Team Leader
**Location**: Best Western Adelaide Airport
**Shifts**: 4-5 shifts per week, must be available weekdays and weekends

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the housekeeping team (this is a hands-on role, and successful applicant will need to clean rooms as well as provide oversight)
- Assist with occasional airport transfers on two of the rostered mornings (must have full unrestricted car license)
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and communal areas.
- Restock supplies in rooms, such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
- Ensure all areas meet our quality and cleanliness standards.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
- Work efficiently and guide a small team to meet our daily room turnover requirements.
- Restock and refill housekeeping trolleys at the end of each shift for the next day
- 15-20 hours spread over 5-day roster.

**Requirements**:

- Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel/motel environment at a senior level, or over a prolonged period
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team as well as on own
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Valid Current South Australian Driver's License

Pay: $31.23 - $62.45 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
