Flagship Boutique Store Manager

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for driving business results through continuous development of the store team, as well as an optimised management of store image, product and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create exceptional customer experiences.
- Recruit, engage and develop a team to meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Implement strategies to ensure store budgets are achieved or exceeded.
- Plan Rosters to achieve wage budget.
- Proactively recruit and maintain full staffing for the store.
- Develop individual coaching plans for every team member to assist them in reaching their full potential and company goals.
- Support Regional Manager with training and operational tasks.
- Lead by example while adhering to the business branding and VM guidelines and initiatives.
- Take ownership and accountability for store productivity, and ensure all daily tasks are completed successfully.

**Ideally you will have**:

- 2 years experience managing or assistant managing a boutique retail store
- Effective communication skills
- Proven success in retail
- Resilience and adaptability
- Passionate about fashion, people and the brand
- Flexibility with a willingness and ability to learn and continually change
