**We have an exciting opportunity to step up and take the next step in your career as our **In-Store Coffee Trainer **within the **Nespresso **Boutique in **Chatswood **
**The **In-Store Coffee Trainer **, known internally as the Boutique Coffee Expert, exists to train, engage and inspire our people and customers. The Boutique Coffee Expert acts as the local reference for coffee expertise within their location. In a sentence, your purpose is to inspire people to think about what's in their cup.
**You'll work as part of the Boutique leadership team to provide valuable training and knowledge that enables us to deliver engaging experiences in Boutique that deliver on our brand promise.
**We are looking for a passionate individual who
**Has a drive for creating amazing experiences, a passion for developing people and a love for coffee. If that is you and you are ready to bring those three qualities together, we’re ready to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Facilitating coffee training for new starters and refreshers as needed**:

- **Supporting coffee launches including the training and engagement of your team**:

- **Lead and uphold standards for our tasting experience**:

- **Host and facilitate tasting activations for customers**:

- **Be the point of reference for coffee expertise within your Boutique**:

- **Share your passion and expertise to create meaningful experiences for your customers**:

- **Introduce and educate customers on Nespresso products**:

- **Support the daily operations of the Boutique
