Established in 2000, **The Meat & Wine Co** prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. The Meat & Wine Co is a full service, casual fine dining steakhouse that specialises in dry-aging steaks and has an impressive wine selection.

Our **Perth CBD **restaurant located in the **Palace Hotel** is seeking **Bartenders** to join the team. We have 20-35+ hours available, casual award rates and immediate start.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous Bar and or A la carte restaurant bar experience
- A solid understanding of wine and its service
- Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
- A current RSA
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

We're looking for the right applicant who is passionate about the industry and values being part of a supportive team. Our busy restaurant forms part of a large national group offering continued career growth and development.
