The Island at Elizabeth Quay is gearing up for a huge festive season and busy summer We're now looking for experienced bartenders to join our team immediately.

If you're confident behind the bar in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and can deliver excellent service with a smile, we want to hear from you

We're looking for candidates with:

A valid RSA (mandatory)

Immediate availability

Availability across the end-of-year, Christmas, and summer period — including nights and weekends

Strong communication skills

Solid bar experience (cocktail knowledge a bonus)

Barista skills are a plus — if you're strong in this area, let us know

Please note:

• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a 2-hour trial

• Only successful applicants will be contacted
