An exciting opportunity is now available for a Fulfilment Centre Manager (eCommerce) to join our new venture team. You will be responsible for the safety of the team, external drivers and visitors in a high velocity environment, as well as the protection of inventory stocks, ensuring it is not compromised in any way.

As a Fulfilment Centre Manager, you will identify and present opportunities to improve the end-to-end supply chain and drive the implementation of initiatives. Working closely with the wider supply chain and operations team, you will contribute and manage the development of warehouse operating procedures and process improvement activities.

**You will**:

- Provide leadership and coaching to warehouse operators.
- Proactively plan work to optimise the use of available resources and onboard/train all team members
- Contribute and manage the development of warehouse operating procedures and process improvement activities including recommending improvements to the WMS system
- Ensure all day-to-day operations and reliability of the warehouse are managed ensuring seamless fulfilment of online orders within budget and on time
- Oversee and coordinate all incoming and outgoing stock, liaising with suppliers, shippers and transport companies
- Plan and organise schedules aligned with logístical activities

**You have**:

- Experience in FMCG, high volume, fast moving and complex warehousing & logistics background
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business/Engineering/Science or any other relevant degrees
- Extensive experience across distribution, warehouse and transport operations with strategic focus
- Ability to plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development to meet agreed organisational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales
- Strong knowledge of warehouse layout design and workflows optimisation
- Demonstrated success in building and leading teams in a warehousing environment
- Sound understanding of WH&S requirements and CoR for road transport
- Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Words and Excel) and hands-on experience working with modern warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite WMS)
