We are looking for a Digital Producer / Digital Project Manager to join a Tier 1 agency in Brisbane.

The role includes budget scoping, managing workflow process and managing human and technical resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end management of digital projects
- Requirements gathering (with the aid of the Head of Digital or the Digital Strategist)
- Scope creation
- Lead client communications and WIPs and create project status updates
- Monthly Invoicing
- Quoting
- Budget tracking
- Project timelines and ensuring milestones are met along the way
- Project and Resource management
- Co-ordination of supplier quotes and timelines for 3rd parties to complete aspects of a project.

Working closely with the Head of Digital, Digital Project Managers and Digital Strategists as well as Account Managers and Developers to help deliver amazing digital development projects.

**You need**:

- Practical knowledge of development platforms with an emphasis on WordPress.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting software or processes
- Proficient in Kanban-style project management creation and maintenance
- Competent and knowledgeable in Agile methodology
- Scrum master skills or appetite to learn advanced Scrum Master techniques desirable.
- Experienced (3+ years) with reasonable-sized projects, but wanting to grow
- 2+ years minimum experience in an agency environment
- Willingness to learn and confidence to ‘lead’ an internal team is important.
- Well-versed in digital development lifecycles

This role is based in Brisbane, working with an excellent team. Hybrid role, 2 days in office, rest working from home.
