Ardency Aroona is a premium retirement Resort located in Yowie Bay that has paved the way for a unique retirement experience which combines the very best in independent living with the premium amenities you would expect from a boutique hotel.

We are currently seeking a Permanent Part-time Concierge to join our team working on a (24 hours) rotating shift work roster with shifts commencing from 7am, 9am, 3pm and 11pm.

You will be tasked with providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guests of Ardency Aroona. You will undertake concierge duties and responsibilities including responding to resident enquiries and undertake cleaning duties.

You will have experience working in a customer facing role and a mature approach to your work. Additionally, you will be well presented and reliable, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Most importantly you will be a passionate and customer focused individual with a strong work ethic. You will need to possess a current Level 2 First Aid Certificate, CPR & RSA certificate otherwise training will be provided by the Resort.

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre-employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
