The Opportunity
Based in Shepparton and reporting to the Branch Manager, this full-time position is a hands-on role that plays a key part in launching and growing our newest location.
**You’ll be trusted to**:

- Deliver reliable, solution-focused service to walk-in and phone-based customers
- Manage stock, maintain tidy displays, and assist with inventory control
- Provide technical product support and advice
- Build strong supplier and customer relationships

You’ll be the face of the branch and a key contributor to its daily success. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently and keeping things running smoothly without needing constant direction.
About You
This isn’t just a retail counter role—we’re looking for someone with real capability and a drive to take ownership.
**You’re the type of person who**:

- Likes solving technical problems and offering practical solutions
- Doesn’t wait to be told what to do—you're proactive and self-managing
- Has solid product knowledge and/or a genuine interest in irrigation and water systems
- Keeps things tidy, organised, and well-documented
- Can communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, suppliers and teammates

**You might already have experience in**:

- Trade counter or technical retail sales
- Agricultural, domestic or industrial pumps, irrigation or filtration systems
- Managing orders, inventory and customer enquiries
- Forklift operation (or be willing to get licensed—we can assist)
