**About the role**

dollar curtains + blinds are seeking a full-time Interior Consultant to join our team; you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales for our range of window furnishings.

**Responsibilities**
- Guide customers through the sales process, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process for our customers.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home décor or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a Saturday every fortnight on a rotating roster.
- Valid driver’s license (full license)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Enabling positivity in the tougher client conversations
- Passion for the creation of curtains and blinds

Company provided vehicle for use for all in-house measure and quote requirements.

You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of dollar curtains + blinds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $51,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
