**About the role**:

- Experience in Business Development and Sales for a recruitment or labour hire business or expert in IT, Construction, Engineering or Accounting and wanting to utilise your skills in another industry
- Must be outcome driven & sales orientated
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Willing team player who can work with our team to drive sales to further success
- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Making outbound sales calls & respond to marketing generated enquiries
- Pitch the benefits of our recruitment service to new & existing clients
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and develop your client list
- Consult with your clients to understand their recruitment needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Freelance
Part-time hours: 15-38 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
