**Our Role**:
Working with Henry Carus and our Finance Team, the position will entail maintaining HC+A’s financial health by managing budgets, maximizing profit, and minimizing cost; Lead planning and forecasting activities to achieve business and company goals and review financial reports and prepare financial forecasts.

This newly created role will include the below specialist financial activities, but not limited to:

- Reviewing financial information and provide analysis of ongoing performance.
- Developing new systems to improve financial performance.
- Undertaking investigation to see where the firm can improve performance.
- Providing a level of financial prediction, to assist in the firm’s business decisions.
- Implementing budgets for individual teams and for the firm, to maximize performance.
- Reviewing overall performance of the current Finance Department and look for ways we can improve.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business - Finance, or similar qualification.
- Experience in maintaining accounts for financial services and preparing reports.
- Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary is commensurate on experience.
