At Daracon we currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated HR Professional to join Daracon in the role of Group People & Culture Manager. The Group has a focus on best practice in people, performance and capability management, which has resulted in some fantastic changes within the business. This position presents an amazing opportunity to leverage on that progress and take the function to the next level.

This role is an important part of the senior leadership team in which you will play a key role in helping to build and embed best practice policies and processes and provide a range of generalist HR & IR advice and support to employees and to management. The role will take ownership in leading the team across the full P&C function including payroll, workers compensation, injury management, wellness, business partnering,, diversity/inclusion, talent management, HR systems and compliance. This is a broad and fast moving role that would suit a ‘hands-on’ HR professional with a drive for performance and improvement.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within People and Culture
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- A deep understanding of best practices in all facets of Human Resource Management
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with organisational goals.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast growth environment.
