National Central Mechanic in Beresfield offers reliable and professional automotive services, ensuring top-notch repairs and maintenance on trucks and buses. For over 25 years, National Central Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Repairs have been the premier Diesel Mechanical workshops in the Hunter/Newcastle region. They offer a comprehensive range of services including auto electrical repairs, logbook servicing, wheel alignments, suspension repairs, and OBD diagnostics.

**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join the team at National Central in Beresfield NSW. If you have a passion for delivering customer service, we want to hear from you

You will be responsible for Front Desk Reception and Customer Service Operations (CSO) with a focus on mechanical invoicing.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
- Processing mechanical invoicing

- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
