Our Client is a
**Global Financial Services Company**, providing back office outsourcing solutions to Corporate Clients. The business has gone from strength to strength as they continue to win new clients and build a
**positive and competitive brand name** in the marketplace.

**Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will help support a number of client companies with their outsourced payroll requirements.** This includes:

- Manage the approval process of clients for any payrun changes
- Prepare monthly reports
- Prepare remittance of funds to employees and superannuation accounts
- Complete bank reconciliation with trust account
- Complete PAYGW preparation and payment as applicable (includes year end payment summary preparation and distribution)
- Prepare Payroll tax, FBT and workers compensation calculations and payments.
- Support the Payroll Manager with adhoc requests and accounting duties when requested.

- Previous experience in a Payroll capacity with a passion for Payroll
- The ability to work well autonomously, as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A motivated and energetic approach with the desire to drive continuous improvements
