**About the role**

An opportunity has become available for a Supervisor to join our NSW Service team based in Rydalmere. Reporting to the Service Manager you will join another Service Supervisor responsible for a team of 15 Field Service Technicians as well as provide support, technical assistance and training to the states network of Service Providers and appointed Service Agents.

**You will**:

- Ensure all field service work is carried out in an efficient and effective manner
- Assist and support technicians resolving service technical difficulties
- Conduct regular site visits, monthly meetings and help resolve dispute/customer complaints
- Quote major types of installation work for Rheem Products
- Ensure all field staff are sufficiently trained in being able to install and service Rheem products that fall within their qualifications
- Report Product faults to the Service Manager and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that field staff levels meet the desired requirements for service call demands
- Provide support and liaise with Service Agents including regular visits for training
- Carry out regular inspections of general service vehicles
- Maintain a high level of commitment to Rheem Corporate, Quality & WHS procedures

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable. You will have:

- Plumbing Contractor licence
- Restricted Electrical licence is ideal but not essential
- Current NSW drivers’ licence.
- Comfortable with the use of electronic communication/information devices.
- Experience in people management and supervision
- Customer focused mindset
