**About the Role**

Your responsibilities include:

- Assist with the interpretation of results, instrument performance and generating reports.
- Provide technical support for company products by communicating with the researchers, pathologists, laboratory staff, purchasing staff and administrators.
- In addition to providing superior customer service, communicate with customers and assist them to achieve their goals
- Advise the sales team to determine which products and solutions are the most appropriate for fulfilling customer requirements.
- Participate in product demonstrations
- Conduct training for internal staff on new products.
- Regularly provide feedback to the organization about customer trends, market developments, and competitive activities.
- Travel within Australia for face-to-face meetings with customers and attendance at roadshows and conferences

**About You**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of BSc in a relevant medical science discipline
- Clear understanding of the workflow in a clinical diagnostics laboratory
- The ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of research and clinical staff
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar technical roles
- Willingness to travel interstate
