**About the opportunity**

We are currently seeking 1 x permanent, part-time Enrolment Administrator position. This role will serve and convert a wait-list enquiry to an enrolment for Kids’ Early Learning (KEL) by providing information, advice and an offer regarding Kids' Early Learning services that match customer preferences and available vacancies.

**About Kids' Early Learning**

Here at Council, we own and operate a childcare business, Kids’ Early Learning, with a portfolio of 31 childcare centres and over 40 family daycare educators.

Kids’ Early Learning has approximately 300 full-time, part-time and casual staff, and operates throughout the Blacktown local government area, serving over 2000 families and providing care and learning needs for their children.

**Qualifications and experience**

**Essential**:

- Certificate III or equivalent in either childcare, business or administration
- Solid experience and success in customer service and enquiry management in a customer focused business
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

**Desirable**:

- 8 plus years’ experience in a customer service-related business
- Knowledge of early childhood education and care applicable legislation/regulations
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively
- Persuasive communication style
- Advanced computer skills.

**Remuneration and benefits**

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,308.84 per week pro-rata
- 21-hour working week
- Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 11.5% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
