Rec Stars Dance Studio is a fun, friendly, and welcoming environment where children and adults alike express themselves through the joy of dance. We’re looking for a vibrant, organised, and customer-focused Front Desk/Receptionist to be the friendly face that greets our dance families and helps keep our studio running smoothly

**About the Role**:

- Welcome students and families as they arrive at the studio
- Assist with class check-ins, payments, and enrolment queries
- Manage light administrative duties (e.g., updating attendance records, filing, stock orders)
- Support studio events and concerts with admin and customer service tasks
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
- Represent our studio’s values of fun, encouragement, and inclusivity

- Friendly, professional, and approachable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for working with families and supporting young dancers
- Available during studio hours, including afternoons and weekends

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.93 - $29.33 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- On call

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
