Sydney, Australia Equity Trustees Full time

Join us in a pivotal role where you'll manage fiduciary accounts with precision and care. As part of EQT TWS, you'll oversee investment management, crafting initial plans and conducting reviews to ensure adherence to our framework. You'll also play a vital governance role, offering support to Trust Managers and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to drive success in fiduciary investment functions. Your expertise will make a difference in safeguarding and growing the wealth of our valued clients.

**About The Role**:

- Operating In a fiduciary capacity, writing the initial Investment Plan for the trust based on the objectives of the beneficiary/s
- Undertaking the annual Prudent Person Review of the investment strategy set for the trust
- Performing a governance role where a trust is advised by a financial adviser outside of the trustee
- Collaborate with Trust Managers and communicate with Co-Trustees and Beneficiaries on their trust investments to enhance client engagement

**What You'll Need To Succeed**:

- Experience working in the Trustee Industry, Financial Advice or Funds Management Industry
- Possess high levels of empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence
- Understanding of Trust Law and Prudent Person Principles
- Understand of legislative landscapes in Trustee, Philanthropy, and Financial Advice industries
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Postgraduate qualification, preferably CFP or FINSIA
- Are RG146 compliant
- Have a tertiary qualification in Finance or a related field
