To assist the Senior Managers to deliver a superior Investment Management (“IM”) and Investment Governance (“IG”) service to clients within the Transaction Management & Governance Team of, Perpetual Corporate Trust. Provide technical capability to the team and to the Investment Manager’s portfolio of Funds whilst actively supporting the Senior Managers to deliver operational excellence. This includes monitoring investment performance and liquidity for managed funds where we act as Responsible Entity.

- Monitor fund performance against its investment objectives, strategy, benchmarks and attributes including reviewing investment proposals and fund specific transactions, investment manager factsheets, commentaries and disclosure documents.- Prepare recommendation papers following completion of asset related due diligence and other significant investment activities.- Preparation of quarterly reports, committee and board papers covering market analysis, fund performance, peer performance and significant fund activities for the period.- Stakeholder management, including clients, Wholesale Trustee, RE Services, external investment and asset managers, fund accountants, custodians, data providers and other service providers.- Assist in developing and implementing the liquidity monitoring framework and solution.- Provide financial and technical support with a particular focus on property, real assets and infrastructure.- Aid the Senior Managers in delivering key projects and objectives.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- 1-2-years’ financial services experience, particularly from Big 4, consulting, funds management and professional services background.- Experience in Australian commercial property, real assets and/or infrastructure or fund performance attribution looked upon favourably- Having direct client management experience.
