We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Physiotherapists to join our Casual Grade 3 Advanced Practice Emergency Department physiotherapy pool to provide excellent patient care and clinical expertise at Sunshine Hospital.
This Grade 3 Advanced Practice Physiotherapy position involves using your well consolidated skills and expertise to provide best care to the patients of the west, including assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, fracture management, radiological ordering and interpretation, and plastering and splinting. The role is based in the brand new, state of the art fast track at Sunshine Emergency Department. The role involves provision of care to both adult and paediatric patients.
This position is supported by a Grade 4 Physiotherapist, and ED Senior medical staff. Advanced Practice Physiotherapists also will have access to resources, such as supervision and departmental PD. You will be joining a team that is dedicated to excellent patient outcomes, evidence based practice and continuous improvement.

**To be Successful in this Role you**
- Have well-developed skills in provision of care to patients in the emergency department, including assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, fracture management, radiological ordering and interpretation, and plastering and splinting
- Will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Will work collaboratively with the Physiotherapy, speciality and multidisciplinary teams
- Will ensure safe and high quality patient care is delivered in line with Western Health values and Live Best Care framework
- Will contribute to a culture that values ongoing learning and be part of a positive workplace
