The Role

A Day In The Life

In this role you will work in a collaborative state team, supported by a Regional Manager. With a focus on outcomes, we are looking for a fun, hardworking and ambitious individual to:
Think strategically, see the big picture and be creative in strategy.

Take responsibility for the effective day-to-day operations and escalations of the Bondi office.

Support property managers in client relationships and develop the leasing consultants and routines inspectors, while shared services handle admin and accounting.

Facilitate and develop strategies for growth and profitability of the office

Foster connection and collaboration between the sales and property services departments.

Confidently lead the team and provide support, being present in the office a minimum of 4 days a week.

In short, you decide how to lead your team to achieve its goals and what success looks like. The successful team leader will ensure our people are coached, supported, and cared for under the pillars of our values

You must have previous experience in a similar leadership role and a great track record of relationship management and customer service. You will also have;
Previous experience managing residential properties

The ability and confidence to take initiative and responsibility of an established team.

Proven leadership and team building skills.

A current Certificate of Registration. A real estate license is desirable, or you must be willing to obtain one.

Willingness to learn and adapt to change.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Passion, honesty, professionalism, and a can-do attitude

A current driver’s licence and your own car
