**Assistant Manager - Subway St Lucia**
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain and exceed Subway's high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as Subway's policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control operating costs, including food and labor expenses.
- Collaborate with the franchise owner or company management to achieve business goals.
- Keep accurate records and generate reports related to restaurant performance.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Previous Subway experience or a similar role in the fast-food industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
- Basic computer skills
- Subway certification and training preferred but not required (we provide training).
