**The Position**

Working within the Healthcare sector and reporting into the Commercial Business Partner - Healthcare, the Associate Business Partner provides sound commercial support to the senior operations and financial leadership teams.

Your role will assist in the leading and development of this commercial team, preparing end of month and management reporting, contractual compliance and reviews, and the general financial analysis of this portfolio. You will be part of the Healthcare (Senior Living & Hospitals) sector which includes multiple service lines so previous exposure to a similar sector will be advantageous.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accurate & timely monthly end close process
- Deliver easily digestible and actionable financial reporting, analysis and commentary to management to support decision-making and drive value creation
- Planning Cycle: Monthly outlook, 90-day forecast, annual budget & multi-year plan
- Commercial Modelling and Contract Compliance including building commercial models for tenders
- Ensure contractual price escalations and variations are implemented effectively
- Stakeholder Management - provide commercial guidance to operational leadership to support decision-making
- Liaise daily with other functional areas of the business including but not limited to FP&A, business development, supply chain and legal
- Act as commercial contact for client queries
- Assisting the Business Partner with monitoring performance and using effective leadership, coaching and communication techniques to motivate, empower and develop team

**The Person**
- Finance / Accounting Degree qualified
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
- Sound technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent overseas designation)
- Experience in ORACLE accounting system
- Previous experience in hospitals or senior living sectors is preferred
- Must have commercial experience
