Ralph's Meat Company is looking for an experienced Administration officer to join our Seymour Plant. Your duties will include but are not limited too answering telephone calls speaking with farmers and suppliers, inducting all new employees and contractors on site, data entry, weight calculation, hygiene and safety checks, processing orders and checking deliveries, stock take on all stock, assisting staff with general questions and first aid, managing staff on work cover and more duties are always needed.

We are looking for some one with the interest in learning new things as well as having the ability to learn fast, communicate well with others is an important key to the company, helps everyone understand what is needed to be processed or completed, team work, as well as being able to demonstrate individual working requirements without having complications or taking focus of the duty at hand.

As this is an Administration position your duties won't be restricted to just general office procedures, you maybe be required to help out with other duties such as cleaning, making boxes, packing etc.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.73 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
