Dynamic and highly reputable healthcare organisation is seeking a passionate Communications Advisor (Internal) to join their collaborative and high performing team.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs this role assists with the execution of internal communications strategies to drive employee engagement and understanding of the company's business goals and objectives.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Provide communications support to the Head of Corporate Affairs, including development of communication materials and delivery of communication plans
- Support the delivery of change management and project communication materials
- Track, measure and regularly improve communication materials and channels
- Deliver communications content that is timely, consistent and on-message to ensure alignment to business strategy and purpose
- Develop dynamic and engaging content that motivates and informs employees including online, written, video, photography, and presentation material
- Deliver internal communications advice, support and material to drive employee engagement and understanding of business objectives, as well as the successful delivery of change programs
- Support the execution of the business unit wide internal communication plans in support of the Corporate Affairs strategy, to engage and inspire their people
- Provide event and content support to ensure the successful delivery of face-to-face engagement by leaders across Australia
- Be a master of language, guiding the business to create extraordinary communication outcomes

**You will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or similar
- Demonstrable internal communications experience
- Proven industry experience in Communications / Journalism / Corporate Affairs or similar discipline
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in developing and delivering effective communications, with a demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative
