Who are we looking for?We are seeking an experienced and motivated Communications Advisor to join our team.
This role is crucial for developing Technical Services strategies, business plans, and ensuring effective communication and engagement across the organization.
In this role, you will: Conduct research and analysis to prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for the TSLT, TSLG, Executive Leadership Team, and the Board.
Support the EGM in delivering the Technical Services Business Plan, enterprise portfolio management, and preparing reports including half-yearly, board, and quarterly risk reports.
Coordinate meeting preparations, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and follow-ups, with support from the EA.
Implement administrative systems improvements, managing communication channels such as MS Teams and Viva Engage, templates, and annual activities calendar.
Provide strategic guidance on key Technical Services initiatives and facilitate related working groups.
Assist with ad hoc analysis and review of materials from related enterprise functions.
Develop internal communications, including executive memorandums on behalf of the EGM, in collaboration with the Internal Communications Advisor.
What you will bring to the team: Up to 5 years of experience supporting executive teams or advisory committees with secretariat and communication functions.
A relevant bachelor's degree in communication, business, or arts.
Membership or qualification with a professional association such as the Governance Institute, or willingness to obtain it.
Proficiency with technology-enabled solutions and timely task execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong reporting experience.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
